Setting up Notifications

You can easily set up notifications for your mobile device by following a few simple steps.

Turning On Notifications

  1. Tap on the settings icon located in the top left corner of your screen
  2. Under the Notifications section of the settings screen, tap on Notification Settings
  3. If you haven't already done so, you will be prompted to enable push notifications.
  4. Turn on the notifications you would like to receive.

Notification Types

  1. Every sale - Get a notification on your device for every transaction
  2. Hourly sales total - Get a summary of the total dollar amount and number of transactions for the past hour. You will get a summary only for hours during which a transaction occurred.
  3. Every refund - Get a notification every time there is a refund through your point-of-sale.
  4. Comments on my posts - For every social media account connected to Thrive, you'll get a notification if someone comments on a post.
    • For example, comments on your Facebook post or Instagram photo will trigger an alert to you.
  5. New reviews - When you receive a new review on Yelp (Google+ reviews coming soon), we will notify you.
