Q: HOW MUCH DOES THRIVE COST?
A: Free, zip, zero, nada. Did we say FREE? Yes we did.
Q: HOW DOES THRIVE WORK?
A: Thrive aggregates real-time information from your POS (Point of Sale), eCommerce Site, Social Media Outlets and Email Providers to give you rich reporting and actionable insights about your business. You will need to enter your credentials for each “service” after you create your Thrive account so we can start to access the data and create very cool reports.
Q: IS MY DATA SECURE?
A: Your data is always confidential and 100% secure at all times. If you close your Thrive account or delete the Thrive App on your smartphone, all of your historical data is deleted.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE VARIOUS SERVICE PROVIDERS?
A: Thrive has partnered with some of the top service providers in the retail industry. Square, PayPal Here, Shopify, Clover, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and MailChimp work with Thrive via approved data API’s (Application Program Interfaces). Thrive by Shopventory is an approved partner.
Q: WHY WOULD I USE THRIVE?
A: With Thrive you know the heartbeat of your business – anytime – anywhere. With a quick glance at your phone you will know whether you are profitable for the day, week or month. Are sales or profitability trailing up or down? How are social media or reviews affecting your business? You can be “on the go” running errands, at another location or simply having lunch with a friend and you will still be on top of your business. All your critical business information in one place – right on your smartphone.
Q: WILL THRIVE INCLUDE MY HISTORICAL SALES DATA?
A: Yes, Thrive will pull in all available historical data from your POS (Point of Sale) Provider.
Q: HOW DO I GET STARTED AND WHAT MOBILE PHONE PLATFORMS DOES THRIVE SUPPORT?
A: You can download Thrive for Apple iOS at the Apple App Store. We plan to offer Thrive on the Android platform in the near future. You can submit a request to be notified once we launch the Android version of Thrive here.
